HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga is a foundational branch of yoga using physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to balance the body and mind. This class is set at a slow pace, props are provided to support your practice and any restrictions due to injury or age .
Suitable for all ages .
THURSDAY MORNING
9.30-11AM
NOURISHING THE CORE & PELVIC GROUND
The focal point of these classes being the pelvic floor, the deep core and associated muscles of the pelvis that support and stabilise. In these sessions we learn to deepen awareness and improve the health and function of the pelvic space.
We combine Eastern and Western practices and techniques to learn how to relax, mobilize tone and safety strengthen .
Safe, a little challenging, though you always encouraged to work within your own limits, with usually a good laugh thrown in at times.

PREGNANT MUMMA YOGA
NOTE: these classes are currently on pause.
I've always loved and enjoyed being in the presence of pregnant women.
I've lost count over the years of how many pregnant Mummers I’ve treated on the massage table and how they have all left a warmth and deep honouring in my heart for the precious gift of life that miraculously grows within a woman's womb .
I did my training ...many moons ago now with "Baby Bliss Yoga " in Byron Bay and so it feels like a natural current progression to begin teaching pre-natal yoga. Combing my love of yoga, the pelvis and the feminine, and offer a space to be a piece of the support system in the journey of pregnancy and beyond.
Offering gentle empowering classes for pregnant women to come together, connect, relax and let go. Strengthen, tone, explore and embody ones awareness around the rapid changes that are occuring within the inner & outer landscapes of the body and mind in prep for the transitioning into labour & birth .
